This cellphone rule thing in colleges and universities is stupid.
If we are texting or using our phone during class, it’s not the professors’ fucking loss. It’s ours! If we miss any important information, then we’re fucked. We’re the ones who are going to fail and not them. It’s not like we’re not paying for these classes anyways. These classes are not free. So if I want to use my phone and not pay attention in class, then I should be allowed to. I think it is extremely stupid for a professor to have a rule about turning off your phone while in class and that if you get caught, you’ll have to leave and drop the class and take it the quarter/semester after. WTF IS THAT?!?! UGH!
